San Diego Law Enforcement Center.  The San Diego Law Enforcement Coordination Center (SD-LECC) is the all crimes, all hazards fusion center and serves as the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (SD/I HIDTA) Investigative Support Center (ISC) for the San Diego and Imperial County region.  The SD-LECC also serves as the Regional Threat Assessment Center (RTAC) for San Diego and Imperial counties and is part of the California State Threat Assessment System (STAS).  The SD-LECC operates as a collaborative partnership among federal, state and local law enforcement/public safety agencies focused on enhancing coordination, information sharing, regional preparedness, training and investigative support/analysis for first responders and other public and private partners in the region. ​

InfraGard San Diego Members Alliance The InfraGard San Diego Members Alliance is a FBI-affiliated nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. Our mission is to mitigate criminal and terrorist threats, risks and losses for the purpose of protecting our region’s critical infrastructure and the American people. Founded in 2005, the San Diego chapter covers both San Diego and Imperial Counties and has established itself as a leader nationwide, setting the highest standards for programs, training and education. For the last decade, we have proudly contributed to the safety and security of San Diego via an all-threats, all-hazards approach. At the national level, the InfraGard National Members Alliance was founded in 1996 and now comprises over 80 regional chapters, each linked to a FBI Field Office. InfraGard’s success can be attributed to the unprecedented communication, collaboration and coordination it has forged at the epicenter of America’s most critical resources. Our membership is comprised of individuals that represent private businesses; local, state and and federal law enforcement agencies; academic institutions; first responders and more.

Red Cross - San Diego CA.  The San Diego/Imperial Counties chapter of the American Red Cross is part of the largest and most diverse service organization in the United States. We serve more than 3.6 million people and cover nearly 10,000 square miles in the two counties.
We provide food and shelter in emergencies, assist members of our armed forces and their families, teach lifesaving skills, and more. All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people.
The vision of the American Red Cross San Diego/Imperial Counties Chapter is to be the most trusted community service organization in education, preparation and response to natural disasters and human emergencies.

Office of Homeland Security - City of San Diego CA. The City of San Diego's Office of Homeland Security strives to promote a secure and resilient City with the capabilities required across the whole community to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to and recover from threats and hazards that pose the greatest risk.

San Diego Police Department.   Mission "To maintain peace and order by providing the highest quality police services." Office Of Emergency Management - San Diego The Office of Emergency Services (OES) coordinates the overall county response to disasters. OES is responsible for alerting and notifying appropriate agencies when disaster strikes; coordinating all agencies that respond; ensuring resources are available and mobilized in times of disaster; developing plans and procedures for response to and recovery from disasters; and developing and providing preparedness materials for the public.

San Diego District Attorney.  The employees of the San Diego District Attorney, in partnership with the Community we serve, are dedicated to the pursuit of truth, justice and protection of the innocent and the prevention of crime through the vigorous and professional prosecution of those who violate the law. 

San Diego Fire Department.  The City of San Diego's Fire-Rescue Department encompasses all fire, emergency medical, lifeguard and emergency management services. This includes 9-1-1 services, fire inspections, permits and community education.

San Diego Sheriffs Office.  The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is the chief law enforcement agency in San Diego County. The department is comprised of approximately 4,000 employees, both sworn officers and professional support staff. The department provides general law enforcement, detention and court services for the people of San Diego County in a service area of approximately 4,200 square miles. In addition, the department provides specialized regional services to the entire county, including the incorporated cities and the unincorporated areas of the county.
SHERIFF'S ROLE
The Sheriff, elected by the residents of San Diego County, is the chief executive of the department. He manages seven major detention facilities as well as eight major patrol stations, four patrol substations, a crime laboratory and an array of support operations necessary to provide full law enforcement coverage for the County of San Diego.
