Amari brings to 7 Crowns over 12 years of management oversight, compliance, and regulatory administrative management experience. Known for her "Get It Done" attitude toward undertaking tasks has made Amari a valued asset to the various organizations and teams she has successfully led.
As a Mayoral appointee Amari's experience was invaluable allowing for team 7 (CRB assigned team), to apply appropriate laws, police training standards and practices in determining the legitimacy of complaints received. Amari's an abstract thinker and student of DHS, and law enforcement training incorporates, physical security knowledge gained from real life experiences and programs developed. In her role as Program Chair (ASIS), Amari’s wiliness’ and organizational skills allowed for ASIS management development programs to continue in its success.
Formerly trained in California labor laws, biotechnology industry standards encompassed with IACUC 101 and 201 certifications has allowed for Amari to successfully manage keys aspects of the IACUC program and act as liaison between committee members, scientists and community groups.
Amari currently provides leadership and consultation on various projects at Pacira Pharmaceuticals to include oversight of the access control upgrade and program development, development of the newly formed security department administration, vetting of staff and space planning leadership and coordination allowing for Pacira to move multiple employees into a new facility.
Additionally; Providing IAACUC management to Nielsen Pharmaceuticals has led to the successful transition while satisfying FDA requirements for animal experimentation and the treatment of testing.

- Senior Consultant, Security Project Management, Facilities Special Projects and day to day oversight for Pacira Pharma a 2-billion-dollar company After the acquisition by Bristol-Meyers Squibb lead to the AstraZeneca acquisition to which Amari tasked with managing the successful decommissioning of the San Diego campus. Managed the project operations to decommissioning the closeout of over $40 million dollars of capital equipment from conception to final closeout.
- Coordinator, appointed as IACUC Chair, with the responsibility of monitoring day to day activities and implementing business processes to ensure compliance for the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee Program for Amylin Pharmaceuticals.
- Managed the emergency response and coordination for Bio-Med Reality Human Resource Department
